Jerry Hall has over thirty years of Human Resource and litigation mediation experience as President of ADR Mediator, Inc. Working in this position as EEO – Human Resources Specialist managing over 2,500 employees since 1983 to present. Hall’s experience consists of helping resolve EEO disputes for government agencies and has experience in personal injury, intellectual property, and business litigation mediation. In his position he has managed workers compensation, benefits, compensation, EEO compliance, recruitment. Jerry working with local government hosted the first series of the largest employment fairs ever held in the USA, helping employ over 6,000 people in one day. He is the primary instructor for mediation training for ADR Mediator, Inc. Hall developed online and classroom training programs and has trained over 7,500 attorneys as mediators. Hall is quite knowledgeable in laws, procedures, ethics, and bringing the parties to an agreement specializing in EEO disputes. Hall settlement success is over 98% with over 30 years of experience and having presided well over 4,000 cases. Hall is approved by EEO as a mediator to resolve EEO cases.

 

Hall currently trains executives and managers for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, General Services Commission, Land Commission, Governors Office, Parks and Wildlife, Secretary of State, and the Attorney Generals offices, U.S. Department of Occupational and Safety, Texas Children’s Hospital. Hall has developed Conflict Resolution training programs for South Texas School of Law, Worklife Ministries, and the Texas Regulatory Commission, OSHA, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Hall currently serves on the international dispute, ethics, and procedures committees in mediation for the American Bar Association. Hall is a member of The Texas Round Table of Mediators, SPIDR, Florida Bar, American Bar Association and is on the Advisory board of the International Association of Mediators and Arbitrators, and the Association of Realtors. Hall is currently working with government to monitor legislation that has an impact on the direction of mediation nationally as well as international. As a member of the Texas Round Table, and the American Bar Association section on Alternative Disputes, Hall has directly influenced the establishment of the training and procedure standards required by the state of Texas for certified mediators and the guidelines recommended by the American Bar Association.

 

Hall is approved by the State Bar of Texas, the Certified Public Accountants Board, and Real Estate Commission Board to provide certificated training of mediator-attorney’s.

 

By working with Senator J.E. “Buster” Brown on legislation, Hall understands the need for legislative monitoring and has been involved in various facets regarding legislation that would have a bearing on the mediator requirements in the state of Texas.

 

Hall was a key note speaker at the 1999 Conflict Management Conference in South Carolina. Hall was appointed in 1998 to the committee of Unauthorized Practice of Law by the Supreme Court of Texas to act as an advisor to the committee.
